Currently, Lockheed Martin has made the following proposals, which, according to their May 19th negotiation update, balance “the concerns and interests” of our IAM bargaining unit. Your elected negotiating committee doesn’t believe this concessionary offer reflects the skills, dedication, and quality this membership provides to the F-35 program year after year.   • The ability for any Lockheed Martin employee to come to the Fort Worth facility and perform bargaining unit work
  • The ability to send Fort Worth employees to any other Lockheed Martin facility to perform work
  • Mandatory overtime
  • Overtime after 40
  • 6 year deal
  • ACP- 3 hours and 1 minute
  • Ability to unilaterally alter work schedules to alleviate overtime
  • No proposed Ratification bonus
  • No proposed Pension benefit amount
  • GWI’s: 2026-1.5%, 2027-1.0%, 2028-1.0%, 2029-1.0%, 2030-1.0%, 2031-1.0%
  • NO COLA
  • No Legacy Health Plans
  • No annual HSA seed money
