Effective July 1, 2017 each IAM member in the Lockheed Martin – Fort Worth bargaining unit will receive a .07 ¢ (.07 cents) COLA increase.

Benefit Change Announcement
Those of you who enrolled in the Employee Benefit Systems (EBS) supplemental accident plan the following change has occurred.
A letter was sent out several months ago announcing the supplemental accident plan companies switch from Boston Mutual to Unum because they have a cheaper rate and a better payout.
Unum is now receiving the payroll deduction from your check if you have previously signed up for the optional accident plan. Boston Mutual automatically sent out coupon books because they show the account in default. If you choose to pay this premium, you will then have 2 accident plans.
Once again, you have not lost accident coverage, and may discard the coupons unless you prefer to keep both policies.
