Section 2. Safety Shoes

The Company will provide a subsidy of up to (Economic) per calendar year upon proof of purchase toward the purchase of Company approved safety shoes to each employee who the company requires to wear safety shoes. This subsidy shall be redeemable at the point of sale for the purchase of safety shoes and any value or item not covered by the subsidy shall be paid by the employee. This purchase must be made by the employee through the Company’s safety shoe provider. In the event the employee does not purchase safety shoes during a calendar year, the Company shall be under no obligation to subsidize the employee. The failure or refusal of an employee to purchase safety shoes through the Company’s provider shall not obviate the employee’s requirement to wear safety shoes.

In addition to safety shoes. Proposals from the company continue to attack quality of life with proposed changes to language on overtime, seniority, vacation, personal business, and the ACP.
