I was hired at Lockheed Martin – Fort Worth and became a member of the IAMAW Local Lodge 776-B in July 2003; I had never worked in a Union environment before. A fellow co-worker helped educate me about the union and its activities, so I decided to start attending the local lodge meetings. Since then, I have served on the audit and new applications committees, Departmental Steward (2005-2008), STEP III Plant Grievance Committee (2008-2020), Local Lodge Vice-President (2017), and Local Lodge President (2017-2020). Now I have the privilege to serve you all as a Business Representative.
